I used to be a huge stress eater. Thankfully, my DNA doesn’t allow the carbs and sugar to gather and wallow in misery throughout my body. Emotional eating can be triggered by a lot of things. Be happy, eat. Be sad, eat. Be angry, eat more. Every little emotion can trigger binge eating. It can take a toll on your body and on your pocket too.
Being an emotional eater, I have learned to research and adapt some tools to break my food addictions. One thing that helped are my love for memes.
