If you do crossfit or HIIT or just plain go to the gym, you most likely do burpees. And man, do we hate burpees. Sure they exercise the whole body in one go but they’re a modern form of torture. Side effects include shortness of breath, dizziness, and a growing distaste of any form of exercise.
Did you know? American physiologist Royal H. Burpee created the burpee test in 1930s as part of his thesis. It was later adopted by the US Armed Services to test the fitness levels of recruits during WWII.
