Aretha Franklin is considered as “The Queen of Soul”. Born on March 25, 1942, she was the first woman to be inducted in the prestigious Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
At a very young age, she showed interest in music and singing. She was even able to teach herself to play the piano. Recognizing her talent, her father began managing her since she was 14, trying to get her a good deal.

At the age of 76, Franklin died from pancreatic cancer on August 16, 2018.
