The past is a distant place in our hearts and minds that is full of memories and life lessons. However, some people are tethered to their past and cannot move on to embrace their future properly.
Some cling to beautiful memories that they cannot let go of in order to make even more beautiful memories. Some experienced trauma from abusive people in their lives and are having the most difficult time in disengaging from persistent negative beliefs and behaviors.
